How do I sign up?
All you need to do is fill out our application form. Once we receive your application, we'll promptly send you all the necessary details to get started. From there, we'll work on preparing your e-bike, so it's ready for you to ride the same day.
What is included in my plan?
As a Nike employee, you're entitled to a corporate subscription, offering discounted rates and exclusive benefits. All corporate subscriptions automatically include the Cover+ plan, providing comprehensive coverage and additional perks. Here's what you can expect with your plan:
  • Maintenance Checks: Enjoy four maintenance checks per year to keep your bike in top condition.
  • Repairs Coverage: Receive coverage for repairs up to $100, providing financial protection against unexpected issues.
  • Lower Deductible: Benefit from a reduced deductible of $300 compared to the Basic plan, minimizing out-of-pocket expenses for repairs.
  • Deposit Waiver: Skip the $150 deposit requirement, saving you money upfront.
  • No Cancellation Fee: Avoid the cancellation fee, providing flexibility in managing your subscription.
  • Free Bike Swap: Upgrade your bike hassle-free with a free bike swap option.
  • Priority Appointment Scheduling: Enjoy priority scheduling for appointments, ensuring prompt service.
  • Extended Subscription Pause: Pause your subscription for up to three months, if you don't plan on riding for a while.
  • Manufacturer Warranty: Benefit from the manufacturer warranty, providing additional peace of mind.
  • Purchase Option: Option to purchase the bike after 18 monthly payments. Please note that the purchase price is determined on a case by case basis and depends on various factors such as age and condition etc.
    Purchase options are not eligible for reimbursement by your employer, and all associated costs must be borne by the rider.
Am I entitled to a reimbursement?
Although we are an official partner, Nike chooses not reimburse the costs of the subscription. However, with a corporate e-bike subscription you are benefitting from a 20% discount on the costs of a subscription and free Cover+ insurance. For more information on this corporate e-bike program, please reach out to your commuter benefits team.
Can I test out the different e-bike options before starting a subscription?
Yes, we always recommend visiting your nearest Rybit-Vanmoof hub to test out all available e-bike options before starting a subscription. This allows you to experience firsthand the different models and ensure you find the perfect fit for your needs and preferences.

When will I get my e-bike?
Once you've signed up, your e-bike will be ready for pick-up at your local Rybit hub immediately.  We encourage riders to pick up their bike within 7 days of placing the order to ensure prompt service and availability.
How long is the subscription commitment?
You have the flexibility to opt for either a 1-month or 12-month minimum commitment. If you choose the 12-month option, after the initial year, the subscription transitions to a month-to-month arrangement, providing added convenience and flexibility.

Following this initial period, you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription on a monthly basis with no penalty, or opt to upgrade to a new model.
Can you ship the e-bike directly to me?
Yes, we can ship the e-bike directly to you upon request. This service is included in our Cover+ plan. However, please note that the cost for shipping is $600, which accounts for additional handling and logistics expenses.
E-bikes are heavy and full of cutting-edge tech, and to ensure they arrive safely, we take all necessary precautions.
Please note that the delivery is not eligible for reimbursement from your employer.
If I work in a different city, can I still subscribe?
For now, it's important that all riders can benefit from our service hubs, making it essential to sign up within our service area. However, we're actively working on expanding through certified partners. You can find an overview of our store locations here.
What happens if my employer and I separate?
All corporate subscriptions come with Cover+, which includes several benefits. One such benefit is that we extend the option to cancel your contract if you part ways with your employer. However, should you wish to continue your subscription independently, you're welcome to do so. Please refer to the T&C's for further details.
Can I pause my subscription if I do not plan to ride the bike for a while?
With our Basic plan, you can pause your subscription for up to 1 month, and with our Plus plan, you have the flexibility to pause for up to 3 months.

Do I need to be a courier to rent a bike?

Yes, you need to be able to prove you are a delivery rider, riding for a recognised delivery company. Usually this involves uploading a screenshot from your delivery app (for example, Doordash, Uber Eats, Grubhub).

What’s included with my bike subscription?

- The bike, one battery, one battery charger, and one U-lock
- Also included, free general maintenance throughout the rental period – general maintenance covers reasonable wear and tear and does not include damage caused during accidents/crashes

How long can I rent the bike for?

There is no maximum length of time, but you must pay for all rent up front. So if you select a 4 weeks period, you must pay for 4 weeks rent and the deposit before taking the bike. If you want to change the plan period or return the bike, it must be done up to the last day of the rental period.

How do I start renting a bike?

Is the rent refundable?

No. Once you have paid for a rental period, if you decide to return the bike early, any unused rent cannot be refunded. We can however keep it on your account to be used anytime within the next 6 months from the payment date.

Do I need to wear a helmet?

Rybit recommends that riders always wear a helmet when using the bike.

The bike models we currently rent out are the Trayser 2.0 and the GEN3. Both are specially designed for couriers.

What is the speed of the bike?

All bikes are Class 1 & 2 limited to 15.5mph/25kph in EU and 20 mph/32kph in the US in line with local legal restrictions for pedal assist e-bikes.

On average, most riders find they can use one battery for around 50-60 miles or 6-8 hours on delivery time. However, this varies based on riding conditions, terrain, temperature, weight be carried, riding style, amongst other factors.

Up to two hours (depending on bike and battery model charging may take up to four hours)

Please double check these details are correct as we cannot change it if the deposit is sent to an incorrect account. You should receive the deposit in 2-3 business days after providing your details.

How do I contact Rybit during my rental period?

When you begin renting, you will be added to a personal Whatsapp group where you can contact our customer service staff with any questions you have and make appointments for maintenance or bike return. Customer service is open Monday-Friday 10am to 5pm.

If that is the case, get the contact details and vehicle registration plate of any parties that were involved, and take plenty of photos (before any vehicles or bikes are moved). We have found in most cases that drivers are willing to pay for the damage, rather than get insurance companies involved. Notify Rybit as soon as possible and book an appointment for a bike check up. You will need to pay for the damage, but we can provide invoices so that you can claim this from the other party/their insurance company.

What happens if my bike needs maintenance?

General maintenance is free of charge. This covers issues that arise from general riding. The bike should be brought to Rybit site for maintenance check up at least once per month, but if maintenance is required in between check ups, then you may make an appointment via our website.
