What is the Rybit Corporate Program?
It helps companies offer e-bike leases as a commuter or wellness benefit. Rybit manages bikes, insurance, billing, and support.
Who is eligible and how do employees sign up?
Eligibility depends on company policy and can include full-time, part-time, contractors, or interns. Employees sign up through a custom company webpage, selecting their bike, plan, and pickup location.
What types of bikes and lease terms are available?
We offer premium brands like VanMoof, Tenways, and Urtopia, with 12–24 month leases plus month-to-month options.
What does it cost the company?
Companies can fully, partly, or not at all subsidise the cost. Employees can pay through payroll deduction or personal payment.
What happens at the end of a lease?
Employees can return the bike, purchase it at market price, or swap for a new lease. Returned bikes are refurbished and re-leased.
Who handles maintenance, support, and insurance?
Rybit covers full insurance and support. Service is done through Rybit partner shops, reimbursed by us. Employees pay only a small deductible in case of theft or total loss.
How do we integrate, track impact, and get started?
