Yes, we always recommend visiting your nearest Rybit-Vanmoof hub to test out all available e-bike options before starting a subscription. This allows you to experience firsthand the different models and ensure you find the perfect fit for your needs and preferences.

Once you've signed up, your e-bike will be ready for pick-up at your local Rybit hub immediately. We encourage riders to pick up their bike within 7 days of placing the order to ensure prompt service and availability.
You have the flexibility to opt for either a 1-month or 12-month minimum commitment. If you choose the 12-month option, after the initial year, the subscription transitions to a month-to-month arrangement, providing added convenience and flexibility.
Following this initial period, you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription on a monthly basis with no penalty, or opt to upgrade to a new model.
Yes, we can ship the e-bike directly to you upon request. This service is included in our Cover+ plan. However, please note that the cost for shipping is $600, which accounts for additional handling and logistics expenses.
E-bikes are heavy and full of cutting-edge tech, and to ensure they arrive safely, we take all necessary precautions.
Please note that the delivery is not eligible for reimbursement from your employer if you are on a corporate subscription.
For now, it's important that all riders can benefit from our service hubs, making it essential to sign up within our service area. However, we're actively working on expanding through certified partners.
